We’re a software development company with strong front‑ and back‑end engineering in‑house. Many of our clients are product‑based businesses that need a robust ERP. We’re hiring a senior Odoo specialist to own end‑to‑end implementations, migrate clients onto Odoo Accounting, and integrate Odoo with Shopify and other systems. You’ll be the techno‑functional lead who bridges client processes and our engineering team, ensuring scalable designs, clean migrations, and stable integrations.

Guide owners in creating a current vs. future state map for product-based flows (Catalog, Pricing, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/Logistics, MRP/Manufacturing when applicable, Returns/RMA, Finance).

Run GAP analyses; author solution blueprints, Business Requirements Document / Functional Requirements Document, data models, and test plans.

Configure Odoo (latest versions, v17+) across: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing/MRP, Accounting, Invoicing, Projects/Timesheets, Helpdesk, CRM (as relevant per client).

Set up multi‑company, multi‑currency, fiscal positions, taxes, price lists, warehouses, routes/reordering rules, barcodes, lots/serials, BOMs, routings, subcontracting, landed costs, 3PL handoffs.

Build reports/dashboards using Odoo Studio and QWeb; coordinate with engineers for advanced reporting.

Own end‑to‑end migration to Odoo Accounting: COA design, opening balances, AR/AP, banks, tax mappings, multi‑currency revaluations, and historical transactions as required.

Lead Shopify ↔ Odoo integration design: product/variant master, stock sync, pricing/promotions, order/cancel/return flows, taxes/discounts, refunds, shipping statuses, gift cards, and marketplace extensions

Proven Shopify ↔ Odoo integration ownership; hands-on data migration leadership.

Industry experience in D2C/e‑commerce, wholesale distribution, light manufacturing, or 3PL.

Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay), shipping carriers, and BI tooling.

Performance tuning, queue management, and production support practices.
