سرپرست امنیت | Security Supervisor

سرپرست حراست مسئول نظارت کامل بر امور حراستی، پیشگیری از تخلف، حفظ نظم و ایمنی و کنترل عملکرد نیروهای حراست در مجموعه می‌باشد. این نقش نیازمند فردی باتجربه، مسئولیت‌پذیر و آشنا با اصول نظارتی و حفاظتی است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

نمایندگی بخش حراست در منطقه تحت پوشش و نظارت کلی بر امنیت و پیشگیری از تخلفات
انجام بازدیدهای سرزده روزانه و شبانه از سیستم‌های حفاظتی
تنظیم و ارسال گزارش‌های حوادث، رخدادها و بررسی‌های انجام‌شده
ارتباط و هماهنگی مستمر با شرکت‌های پیمانکار حراست و نیروهای انتظامی محلی
اجرای دستورالعمل‌ها و استانداردهای حراستی شرکت
ارسال منظم گزارش‌های روزانه، هفتگی و ماهانه
تهیه و ارسال گزارش‌های حضور و غیاب ماهانه نیروهای پیمانکار
نظارت دقیق بر عملکرد تیم حراست و ارزیابی دوره‌ای آن‌ها
آموزش نیروهای جدید حراستی
بررسی صحت عملکرد تجهیزات حفاظتی مانند دزدگیرها و دوربین‌های مداربسته
کنترل ورود و خروج پرسنل
انجام بازرسی‌های تصادفی هنگام تحویل و دریافت کالا
آشنایی با فرآیندهای لجستیکی و بازدید منظم از شعب

نیازمندی‌ها:

حداقل 5 سال سابقه در حوزه سرپرستی حراست
توانایی مدیریت در شرایط پرفشار و بحرانی
تسلط بر تهیه گزارش‌های دقیق و مستندسازی
دارای مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی
آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی در حد ابتدایی یا متوسط
توانایی اولویت‌بندی و تصمیم‌گیری صحیح در شرایط مختلف
آشنایی کامل با سیستم‌های نظارت تصویری (CCTV) و سایر تجهیزات حفاظتی
تجربه موفق در هدایت و هماهنگی تیم‌های حراستی داخلی و پیمانکار

The head of security is responsible for the complete supervision of security affairs, prevention of violations, maintaining order and safety, and controlling the performance of security forces in the complex. This role requires an experienced, responsible person who is familiar with the principles of surveillance and security.



Responsibilities:

Representation of the security department in the covered area and overall supervision of security and prevention of violations
Performing day and night intrusive visits to security systems
Setting and sending reports of incidents, incidents and investigations
Continuous communication and coordination with security contractor companies and police forces Local
implementation of the company's security guidelines and standards
regular sending of daily, weekly and monthly reports
preparation and sending of monthly attendance and absence reports of the contractor's forces
close monitoring of the performance of the security team and their periodic evaluation
training of new security forces
checking the correct operation of security equipment such as burglar alarms and CCTV cameras
controlling the entry and exit of personnel

Familiarity with logistics processes and regular visits to branches


Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the field of security supervision
Ability to manage in stressful and critical situations
Mastery in preparing detailed reports and documentation
Having strong communication skills
Familiarity with English at a basic or intermediate level
Ability to prioritize and make correct decisions in different situations
Complete familiarity with Video surveillance systems (CCTV) and other security equipment
Successful experience in directing and coordinating internal security teams and contractors
