• حداقل 4 سال سابقه کار مفید در حسابداری ترجیحاً در شرکت‌های تولیدی یا بازرگانی.
• مسلط به ثبت انواع اسناد مالی (هزینه، خرید، فروش، حقوق).
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی و بیمه‌ای.
• مهارت در تهیه گزارش‌های مالیاتی (ارزش افزوده، معاملات فصلی، مالیات حقوق).
• مسلط به Excel.
• دقت بالا، نظم، پیگیری و مسئولیت‌پذیری در انجام وظایف.
• توانایی کار تیمی و پشتیبانی از اعضای کم‌تجربه‌تر تیم.
• تعهد به صداقت، رازداری و اصول اخلاقی حرفه‌ای.
• آشنایی اولیه با ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی مانند ChatGPT و توانایی بهره‌گیری از آن‌ها در انجام وظایف روزمره و یادگیری مهارت‌های جدید.

شرح وظایف:

وظایف روزانه شما در این سمت عمدتا شامل موارد زیر خواهد بود. همچنین در صورت تمایل به پذیرش مسئولیت‌های بیشتر، ما از رشد حرفه‌ای شما پشتیبانی خواهیم کرد:

• ثبت و کنترل اسناد مالی در سیستم حسابداری.
• بررسی اسناد ثبت‌شده توسط سایر اعضای تیم و اصلاح مغایرت‌ها.
• تهیه گزارش‌های داخلی از گردش حساب‌ها و وضعیت مالی برای ارائه به مدیر حسابداری.
• تهیه و بارگذاری گزارش‌های مالیاتی (ارزش افزوده، فصلی، حقوق) در هماهنگی با مدیر.
• پیگیری مغایرت‌های بانکی، کنترل تنخواه و بررسی اسناد پرداختنی و دریافتنی.
• بایگانی منظم و طبقه‌بندی‌شده اسناد مالی.
• همکاری در آماده‌سازی مستندات مورد نیاز برای حسابرسی.
• کمک به بهبود فرآیندهای مالی و انتقال تجربه به نیروهای تازه‌کار.

شرایط و مزایای همکاری:

• محل کار: دفتر شرکت در منطقه ولنجک، تهران.
• ساعت کاری: شنبه تا سه شنبه: 8:00 تا 17:00، چهارشنبه: 8:00 تا 16:00.
• حقوق (پیش از کسورات): بین 45 تا 60 میلیون تومان (متناسب با توانمندی‌ها).
• پرداخت منظم حقوق، پیش از پایان هر ماه.
• بیمه تکمیلی.
• پاداش مدیریت به‌صورت دوره‌ای بر اساس عملکرد.

About This Role

Candidate Qualifications:

You’re a strong candidate for this role if you possess the following qualities:

• Integrity, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies.
• Proficiency in recording various types of financial documents (expenses, purchases, sales, payroll, etc.).
• Familiarity with tax and insurance regulations.
• Ability to prepare tax reports (VAT, seasonal transactions, payroll tax, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and accountability.
• Ability to work well in a team and support less experienced colleagues.
• Commitment to honesty, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and willingness to use them for daily tasks and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily responsibilities will mainly include the following. If you are open to taking on more responsibility, we will support your professional growth:

• Recording and reviewing financial documents in the accounting system.
• Reviewing entries made by other team members and correcting discrepancies.
• Preparing internal reports on account movements and financial status for the accounting manager.
• Preparing and submitting tax reports (VAT, seasonal, payroll, etc.) in coordination with the manager.
• Following up on bank discrepancies, petty cash control, and reviewing payable/receivable documents.
• Organizing and archiving financial documents systematically.
• Assisting in the preparation of documents required for auditing.
• Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and mentoring junior staff.

Work Conditions & Benefits:

• Location: Company office in Velenjak, Tehran.
• Working Hours: Saturday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Salary (pre-tax): 45 to 60 million Tomans (based on skills and experience).
