UX Researcher

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping product decisions through deep user insights and strategic research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct mixed-method user research — including qualitative interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data-driven studies.
• Define research goals, hypotheses, and select appropriate methods across different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Recruit participants, run research sessions (in-person or remote), and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, user needs, and opportunities.
• Present research findings in a structured and compelling way to designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights directly inform product and design decisions.
• Contribute to Blu’s research repository and help evolve our research culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in UX research, preferably within digital products or services.
• Proven experience designing and conducting end-to-end research studies independently.
• Strong skills in mixed-method research, combining qualitative depth with quantitative validation.
• Ability to translate data and observations into practical, impactful design recommendations.
• Strong analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach with excellent critical thinking skills.
• Clear and compelling communication skills; able to tell stories that inspire product teams.
• Empathy, curiosity, and a natural ability to ask the right questions.
• Comfortable working within cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of research projects.
