Job Description
SnappBox is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll go beyond reporting — you’ll design and build scalable, data-driven solutions and automation tools that enhance reporting efficiency and optimize resource utilization across the business. You’ll analyze data, design reports, and deploy intelligent tools and predictive models that provide real-time visibility, strengthen decision-making, and accelerate business impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience in advanced data analysis, automation, and data-driven solution development, transforming insights into models that fuel growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
- Design and develop scalable, data-driven solutions and automation tools to reduce human error, improve operational efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
- Create and deploy automated dashboards and self-alerting systems to deliver real-time visibility, enhance data accuracy, and reduce human monitoring.
- Develop predictive and decision-support models to forecast future trends, improve supply planning accuracy.
- Track and report on KPIs to monitor business performance, identify bottlenecks, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Generate and present analytical reports and actionable recommendations to management and stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for data analysis methodologies, BI processes, and solution architectures to ensure scalability, transparency, and long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Data analytics/Science, or Business analytics with proven experience in quantitative data analysis, modeling, and experiment/test plan design.
- Proficiency in: Python (OOP is a must; Dash experience is a plus)
- Advanced SQL for efficient, high-volume data handling
- Proficiency in Power BI and Python-based data visualization
- Statistical modeling, forecasting, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with GitLab/version control and Linux deployment environments is a plus.
- Understanding of business dynamics, campaign measurement, and exposure to retention, supply-demand, pricing, or churn analysis concepts in logistic-base businesses is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. availability to address urgent issues is essential.
