شرح شغل و وظایف:
- تهیه گزارشات صورت جریان وجوح نقد (Cash Flow).
- مغایرت‌گیری بانکی.
- ثبت چک.
- انجام پرداخت کلیه تعهدات شرکت.
- نگهداری حساب‌های بانکی شرکت (اسناد مالی، تضامین، وجوه نقد و غیره).
- نگهداری بدهی‌های مشتریان و تامین‌کنندگان (به منظور تایید درخواست خرید و فروش).
- ثبت کلیه عملیات مالی.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی با امور خزانه‌داری.
- مسلط به امور حسابداری کنترل‌های مالی و گزارش‌گیری.
- حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حسابداری.
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته حسابداری.
- روحیه کار تیمی.
- صداقت در انجام امور کارها.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزار اکسل.
- محدوده سنی: 25 تا 40 سال.
- جنسیت مد نظر: خانم یا آقا.
- اتمام خدمت سربازی و یا معافیت از آن الزامی‌ست.
- سطح متوسط در ورد، اکسل و اوت‌لوک.
Job description and duties:
- Familiar with treasury affairs
- Mastery of accounting, financial controls and reporting
- Preparation of cash flow reports
- Bank discrepancy
- Check registration
- Paying all the company's obligations
- Maintaining the company's bank accounts (financial documents, guarantees, cash, etc.)
- Maintenance of debts of customers and suppliers (in order to approve purchase and sale requests)
- Registration of all financial operations
Qualifying conditions:
- At least 3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting
- Teamwork spirit
- Honesty in doing things
- Mastery of Excel software
