*شرح شغل:

• نصب، راه‌اندازی و نگهداری تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری شامل رایانه‌های رومیزی، لپ‌تاپ‌ها، پرینترها، اسکنرها و تجهیزات جانبی.
• عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات سخت‌افزاری کاربران.
• نصب و پیکربندی سیستم‌عامل‌ها و درایورهای سخت‌افزاری مورد نیاز.
• نصب، پیکربندی و رفع ایرادات نرم‌افزارهای کاربردی و سازمانی.
• راهبری و پشتیبانی کاربران در استفاده از سامانه‌های داخلی و رفع مشکلات احتمالی آنها.
• انجام بررسی‌های دوره‌ای برای پیشگیری از بروز خرابی در تجهیزات زیرساختی و به‌روزرسانی منظم سیستم‌ها.
• مدیریت و رسیدگی به درخواست‌ها و مشکلات کاربران از طریق سیستم تیکتینگ یا سایر روش‌های ثبت و پیگیری.
• همکاری با سایر تیم‌ها در مواقع لازم برای اطمینان از پایداری زیرساخت‌های سازمانی.
• ثبت و نگهداری مستندات مربوط به تغییرات، تعمیرات و اقدامات انجام شده.
• نصب و راه‌اندازی تجهیزات در محل شعب یا دفاتر شهرستانی.

*شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کامل با تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری.
• تسلط به نصب و مدیریت سیستم‌عامل‌های ویندوز و درایورهای سخت‌افزاری.
• تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای اداری و سازمانی و رفع ایرادات متداول آن‌ها.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم شبکه در سطح مقدماتی TCP/IP, LAN.
• آشنایی اولیه با Active Directory و فرآیند افزودن کلاینت‌ها به دامنه.
• توانایی مستندسازی دقیق اقدامات و پیگیری مشکلات تا حصول نتیجه.
• توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای Remote Desktop جهت پشتیبانی از کاربران.
• علاقه‌مند به یادگیری مباحث و نرم‌افزارهای جدید.
• دقیق، دارای روحیه مشتری‌مداری، پیگیری بالا و توانایی کار تیمی.
• روابط عمومی قوی و توانایی ارتباط مؤثر با کاربران.
• روحیه پاسخگویی و مسئولیت‌پذیری در پشتیبانی.
• توانایی اولویت‌بندی و مدیریت همزمان چند کار.
• توانایی حضور در خارج از ساعات اداری یا ماموریت به شعب سازمان در صورت نیاز.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای Ticketing و مفاهیم ITIL مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• آشنایی با تجهیزات و زیرساخت VDI مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Proficiency in installing and managing Windows operating systems and hardware drivers. Proficiency in administrative and organizational software and fixing their common problems. Familiarity with basic TCP/IP, LAN network concepts. Basic familiarity with Active Directory and The process of adding clients to the domain.
Ability to accurately document actions and track problems until results are achieved.
Ability to work with Remote Desktop software to support users.
Interested in learning new topics and software. Multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to be present outside of office hours or mission to the organization's branches if needed.
Familiarity with Ticketing software and ITIL concepts is an advantage.
Familiarity with VDI equipment and infrastructure is an advantage.
