As a Senior Sales Growth Partner in the exchange and financial services industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives across domestic and international markets. You will leverage your expertise and market insight to lead strategic growth efforts, build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, and identify new opportunities for expansion, with a particular focus on trading firms, payment providers, remittance companies, and financial intermediaries.
Your primary objective will be to maximise revenue performance, support sustainable growth, and ensure client satisfaction in a fast-paced, highly competitive exchange environment. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, international money flows, and global markets, combined with the ability to navigate complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business development strategies tailored to international commerce and export, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop and manage relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, enhancing team capability through training and support.
- Research international market trends and trade regulations to identify new business opportunities and high-potential regions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations, emphasizing strengths in sourcing, logistics, and compliance.
- Lead contract negotiations and deal closures, managing the full business development cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of client transactions.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in B2B business development, client relations, or service-oriented industries with an international scope. Experience in navigating cross-border partnerships and managing multi-stakeholder engagements is highly valued.
- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the operational and commercial landscape of immigration service providers, airlines, travel agencies, and other related service-based businesses. Previous collaboration or direct engagement with these sectors is a strong advantage.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders.
- Language Skills: A strong command of English is highly desirable, particularly for effective communication in international contexts, client interactions, and documentation. Fluency in Persian is assumed.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, by business needs and partnership opportunities.
