استخدام کارشناس ارشد تبلیغات (Lead Generation Specialist)

هلدینگ زیبایی ایران نوین جهت توسعه تیم تبلیغات خود، از افراد حرفه‌ای و نتیجه‌گرا برای موقعیت کارشناس ارشد تبلیغات با تمرکز بر تولید لید باکیفیت دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

️ شرح شغل:
• طراحی، اجرا و بهینه‌سازی کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی در پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال شامل:
Google Ads، Meta Ads (اینستاگرام و فیسبوک)، پیامک، واتساپ مارکتینگ، تبلیغات بنری و همسان
• مدیریت بودجه و تخصیص منابع بهینه برای بیشترین نرخ بازگشت سرمایه تبلیغاتی (ROI)
• پایش، تحلیل و گزارش‌گیری روزانه از نرخ تبدیل (Conversion Rate) و کیفیت لیدها
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم فروش تلفنی برای ارزیابی کیفیت لیدها و بهبود فرایندهای جذب
• طراحی کمپین‌های A/B تست برای تشخیص مؤثرترین پیام‌ها، کانال‌ها و پیشنهادهای تبلیغاتی

✅ شرایط احراز:
• حداقل 3 سال سابقه حرفه‌ای در اجرای کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی دیجیتال
• تسلط کامل به پلتفرم‌های تبلیغاتی (Google Ads، Meta Ads، SMS Panel و…)
• توانایی کار با ابزارهای تحلیل و رهگیری مانند Google Analytics، UTM، CRM
• تجربه تولید لید انبوه (Mass Lead Generation) و توان اثبات نتایج پیشین
• روحیه نتیجه‌محور، توان حل مسئله و مدیریت چند کمپین هم‌زمان
• آشنایی با حوزه زیبایی، کلینیک‌های پوست و مو (مزیت محسوب می‌شود)

• Result -oriented morale, problem -solving power and managing several campaigns
• Introduction to beauty, skin and hair clinics (advantage)
