Job DescriptionNobitex is looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer to work on building a Quality driven engineering culture that focuses on delivering the best experience for users across mobile and desktop, and with a passion for continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Help in building an Engineering culture that enables quality in all software feature development teams across Nobitex.Perform manual testing of new featuresReview requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackCreate detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test casesEstimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activitiesReport bugs and errors to development teamsSupport colleagues with troubleshooting issues and bugs discovered during testingConduct post-release/post-implementation testingDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needsCreate standards and procedures for developers to followReporting bugs and test results to the product manager or programmers for further investigation Requirements:2+ years of experience working in the QA field.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesStrong application debugging skills and ability to find the root cause of issues.Knowledge and experience with API testing tools like PostmanAbility to write SQL queriesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detailBeing proficient in at least one programming languageHands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plusHaving experience in the trading business is a plus
