وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• پاسخگویی و پشتیبانی فنی کاربران در دفتر مرکزی و سایت‌‌های تولیدی.
• نصب، راه ‌اندازی و نگهداری تجهیزات سخت ‌افزاری مانند کامپیوتر، پرینتر، اسکنر و سایر تجهیزات جانبی.
• بررسی و رفع مشکلات نرم ‌افزاری (سیستم ‌عامل، آفیس، نرم ‌افزارهای عمومی و تخصصی سازمان).
• نصب و نگهداری تجهیزات شبکه، کابل ‌کشی، نود و رفع مشکلات پسیو.
• عیب‌یابی و نگهداری سرورها.
• انجام امور پشتیبان ‌گیری اطلاعات و اطمینان از امنیت داده‌‌ها.
• تهیه گزارش ‌های فنی مورد نیاز برای مدیران مربوطه.

شایستگی‌های تخصصی و رفتاری:

• مسلط به مفاهیم +Network و +A، مهارت در اسمبل و عیب‌‌یابی سیستم‌‌ها و آشنایی با CCNA.
• مسلط به ویندوز 10، 11 و نرم ‌افزارهای Microsoft Office.
• مسلط به مفاهیم MCSA و آشنایی با MCSE.
• توانایی حل مسئله و ارائه راهکارهای سریع و مؤثر.
• مهارت در برقراری ارتباط و پاسخ‌گویی مناسب به کاربران.
• روحیه همکاری، مسئولیت‌پذیری و پیگیری بالا.
• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی کامپیوتر یا فناوری اطلاعات.
• جنسیت مد نظر: آقا.
• حداکثر سن: 30 سال.
• دارای کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت دائم.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Response and technical support of users in the headquarters and manufacturing sites

- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of hardware equipment such as computers, printers, scanners and other accessories

- Corresponding and fixing software problems (OS, Office, Public Software and Specialized Software)
Server Holding and Maintenance

- Backup Information and Ensure Data Security

- Preparing technical reports for relevant managers


Specialized and Behavioral Competences

- Mastery of concepts +Network and +a, skill in assembly and troubleshooting and troubleshooting systems Microsoft Office
