Job description / duties
• Review and compliance of financial reports
• Analysis of financial statements of companies
• Periodic visits to the subsidiary companies
• Providing analytical reports on the structure, weaknesses and improvement opportunities of the subsidiary companies
• Planning and making the necessary preparations in order to hold regular and extraordinary general meetings on time Subsidiary companies
• Necessary coordination for issuing invitations, sending agendas of general meetings to members of general meetings of subsidiary companies
