کارشناس تدارکات فاوا | ICT Procurement Specialist

شرح شغل:

• پردازش فرآیند انبارداری و ثبت دقیق اطلاعات به صورت شفاف و چابک.
• مستندسازی و بایگانی اطلاعات مربوط به خرید و انبار.
• انجام انبارگردانی دوره‌ای و اطمینان از تطابق موجودی انبار با گزارش‌ها.
• شناسایی و رفع مغایرت‌های موجودی انبار و انجام اقدامات اصلاحی.
• مشارکت در خرید کالا و یا تامین خدمات.
• پیگیری سفارشات و تأمین به موقع کالاها.
• پیگیری امور مالی مربوط به تامین کالا از واحد مالی و تامین کننده.
• هماهنگی با تأمین‌کنندگان و کنترل کیفیت کالاها.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت انبار و خرید.
• آشنایی به امور قراردادی و فرآیند مدیریت قراردادها.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری و دقت در انجام کارها.
• نقش آفرینی موثر در کارهای تیمی.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های ERP مزیت است.
• حداقل سه سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه انبار، تامین کالا و خدمات.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت بازرگانی/مالی/صنعتی، حسابداری یا علوم کامپیوتر.
• مهارت گفتاری و نوشتاری و درک مطلب زبان انگلیسی.

Duties:
• Processing the storage process and accurately recording information in a transparent and agile manner
• Documenting and archiving information related to purchasing and storage.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies in warehouse inventory and taking corrective measures.
• Participation in the purchase of goods or providing services.
• Follow up of orders and timely supply of goods.
• Follow up of financial affairs related to the supply of goods from the financial unit and supplier.
• Coordinate with suppliers and control the quality of goods.
• Ability to work with Warehouse and purchase management software.
• Responsibility and precision in doing work.
• Effective role-playing in team work.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

Eligibility requirements:
• At least 3 years of related work experience in the field of warehouse, supply of goods and services
• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering fields Industries, Business/Financial/Industrial Management, Accounting and Computer Science
• Speaking and writing skills and understanding English language
