• مشتری‌مداری.
• مهارت‌های مدیریتی و ارتباطی قوی با سهامداران.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای انبارداری.
• آشنایی با مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه ورد و اکسل.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی (مکالمه، مطالعه و مکاتبه).
• داشتن کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت از آن ضروری‌ست.

متخصص انبار وضعیت تحویل به موقع قطعات یدکی را به طور منظم تضمین می‌کند و پشتیبانی را به همه مشتریان و مهندسان خدمات میدانی مرتبط با قطعات یدکی و اسناد ارائه دهد. چنین فردی در واقع مسئول ارائه پشتیبانی برای ارسال، دریافت و تحویل محصولات، آنالیزورها، سیستم‌ها و قطعات یدکی Roche و مستندسازی و گزارش کلیه فعالیت‌های مرتبط با رعایت استانداردهای Roche خواهد بود.

کارشناس انبار به کارشناس ارشد خدمات گزارش خواهد داد. 

مسئولیت شما در این سمت:

• هماهنگی با مدیر خدمات فنی، رهبران تیم فنی، متخصصین ارشد خدمات و FSE در مورد مدیریت قطعات یدکی.
• مستندسازی کلیه فعالیت‌های مرتبط بر اساس استانداردهای Roche.
• رسیدگی به تماس‌های مشتری/تیم فنی.
• ارائه پشتیبانی شمارش انبار قطعات یدکی داخلی و خارجی به توزیع‌کنندگان Roche و کارکنان محلی مرتبط با ابزارهای فنی و مسائل مربوط به قطعات یدکی در مورد آنالایزرها و سیستم‌های Roche.
• حصول اطمینان از رضایت مشتری و کارکنان محلی برای عملکرد سیستم در مرکز با هماهنگی با تمام بخش‌ها.

Who You Are:

• You hold an Associate/Bachelor’s degree.
• You have relevant work experience in a similar role.
• You are committed to service excellence beyond normal working hours and conditions and willing to travel to customer sites.
• You are custome-focused and have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You are familiar with warehousing software/Windows MS Office (Word, Excel).
• You are fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing will be an advantage).
• A military end-service license is required for men.

Summary:

The warehouse specialist will ensure on-time spare parts delivery status regularly to maintain technical people and customer satisfaction and extend support to all customers and field service engineers related to spare parts and documents. The candidate will be responsible for providing support to send, receive, and deliver handling of Roche products, analyzers, systems, and spare parts, and document and report all related activities in compliance with Roche standards.

The warehouse specialist reports to the service lead specialist.

Challenges:

• Coordinate with technical service manager/technical team leads/service lead specialist/FSEs regarding spare parts management.
• Report and document all related activities as per Roche standards.
• Attend to customer/technical team calls and spare parts requests in a prompt and timely manner.
• Provide internal and external spare parts warehouse counting support to Roche distributors and local staff relevant to technical instruments and spare parts issues regarding Roche analyzers and systems.
• Ensure customer and local staff satisfaction is delivered for the performance of the system in the facility with coordination with all departments.
