ماموریت شما، در زرین پخش، مدیریت فرآیندهای انبارش، توزیع و لجستیک معکوس مرکز پخش (شعبه لجستیک) جهت حصول اطمینان از تحقق اهداف کمی و کیفی سازمان است. 

شرح شغل:

• مشارکت در تهیه و تدوین بودجه (منابع و زیرساخت مورد نیاز لجستیک)، جهت حصول اطمینان از تحقق اهداف کمی و کیفی.
• طراحی، تدوین و اجرای دستورالعمل‌های عملیاتی جهت حصول اطمینان از استانداردسازی و اجرای صحیح فرآیندهای مصوب.
• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر فرآیندهای دریافت، جایگذاری، برداشت و ارسال سفارشات در واحد انبار.
• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر فرآیندهای مسیربندی و چیدمان سفارشات در ماشین، تحویل سفارشات به مشتری در واحد توزیع.
• نظارت بر فرآیندهای مدیریت انبار جهت حصول اطمینان از به‌روز، دقیق و قابل اتکا بودن داده‌های سیستمی.
• نظارت بر اجرای ایمن فرآیندهای انبار و بازبینی و اصلاح آن‌ها جهت حصول اطمینان از اجرای آن‌ها بر اساس الزامات ایمنی و امنیتی.
• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت و مشارکت در اجرای فرآیندهای انبارگردانی جهت حصول اطمینان از صحت و سلامت فرآیندهای عملیاتی و سیستمی انبار.
• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر اجرای فرآیندهای لجستیک معکوس جهت افزایش بهره‌وری و رعایت استانداردهای مربوطه.
• تعریف و بازبینی فرآیندهای فی‌مابین سازمان فروش و سازمان توزیع و نظارت بر اجرای بهینه آن‌ها جهت حصول اطمینان از کیفیت خدمات لجستیکی.
• مشارکت در تعریف، هدف گذاری و پیگیری شاخص =‌های عملکردی جهت مدیریت عملکرد و کنترل اثربخشی هزینه‌ها جهت حصول اطمینان از اجرای بهره‌ور فرایندها.
• ارائه طرح‌های پیشنهادی جهت بهبود در فرایندها و حذف اتلاف ها در فرایندها و عملیات اجرایی به مدیر لجستیک منطقه جهت حصول اطمینان از بهبود مستمر فرایندها.
• اجرای دستورالعمل‌های مصوب و ابلاغی و حصول اطمینان از آموزش تیم در خصوص اجرای صحیح دستورالعمل‌های مصوب.
• آموزش کلیه سطوح عملیاتی تحت مدیریت جهت حصول اطمینان از آگاهی و تسلط به فرایندها و دستورالعمل‌های سازمانی.
• آماده‌سازی و ارائه گزارش‌های لازم جهت ارائه به مدیران ذیربط.
