وظایف شما:

- تجزیه‌وتحلیل نیازهای مشتریان (مدیران منابع انسانی و مدیران ارشد شرکت‌ها) و ارائه بهترین پکیج‌های منابع انسانی برای پاسخ به این نیازها.
- پیگیری روند استخدام مشتریان و اطمینان از این‌که بهترین نتیجه را در فرایند استخدام به دست آورده‌اند.
- آموزش و راهنمایی مشتریان در استفاده از سایت و فرآیند استخدام.
- کمک به مشتریان در انتخاب و جستجوی بهترین کلمات کلیدی برای پایگاه داده رزومه‌ها.
- شناسایی مشکلات مشتریان و جلب رضایت آنها با راه‌حل‌های مناسب.
- معرفی و پیشنهاد بهترین بسته‌های استخدامی بر اساس نیازهای ویژه هر مشتری.

In this role you will be responsible for introducing and selling human resources packages to human resources and senior executives.

Your tasks:

- Analyze the needs of customers (human resources and corporate executives) and provide the best human resource packages to meet these needs.
- Keep up the customer recruitment process and ensure that they have achieved the best results in the recruitment process.
- Customer training and guidance in using the site and the recruitment process.
- Helping customers in selecting and searching for the best keywords for the resume database.
- Identify customer problems and satisfy them with appropriate solutions.
- Introducing and offering the best employment packages based on the special needs of each customer.
