هدف نقش شغلی

مدیریت و اجرای کلیه فعالیت‌های تحقیق، فرمولاسیون و توسعه محصولات دارو ، مکمل ، طبیعی در اشکال مختلف شامل قرص، کپسول، سافت‌ژل، پودر، شربت، گامی و .... این نقش مسئول هدایت پروژه‌های تحقیق و توسعه از مرحله ایده تا آماده‌سازی برای تولید است، به‌گونه‌ای که فرمول‌ها از نظر فنی قابل‌اجرا، از نظر عملکردی مؤثر و از نظر اقتصادی مقرون‌به‌صرفه باشند.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی

• طراحی و توسعه فرمولاسیون مکمل‌های غذایی در اشکال دارویی مختلف (قرص، کپسول، سافت‌ژل، پودر، شربت، گامی،دارو و فرآورده‌های طبیعی...).
• انتخاب و ارزیابی مواد مؤثره و مواد جانبی با توجه به عملکرد، پایداری و ویژگی‌های حسی.
• اطمینان از انطباق فرمول‌ها با نیازهای فنی و مشخصات مشتری.
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای آزمایش‌های آزمایشگاهی و پایلوت جهت بررسی عملکرد فرمول‌ها.
• همکاری با واحد تولید برای اطمینان از مقیاس‌پذیری و تکرارپذیری فرمول‌ها در خط تولید.
• شناسایی و رفع مشکلات فنی در مراحل پایلوت یا تولید.
• تهیه و نگهداری مستندات فنی شامل فرمول‌ها، مشخصات، پروتکل‌های پایداری و سوابق آزمایش‌ها طبق دستورالعمل‌های داخلی.
• همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای بازرگانی و زنجیره تأمین برای بررسی نیازهای مشتری و امکان‌سنجی فنی.
• ارائه مشاوره فنی در خصوص قابلیت تولید و بهبود محصولات موجود.
• رصد روندهای جهانی، فناوری‌های نو و مواد اولیه جدید در صنعت مکمل‌های غذایی.
• پیشنهاد فرصت‌های توسعه محصول جدید یا بهبود فرمولاسیون‌های فعلی.

شایستگی‌ها و صلاحیت‌های مورد انتظار

• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد (یا دکترا ترجیحا) در رشته‌های داروسازی، شیمی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل 7 سال تجربه مرتبط در حوزه فرمولاسیون و توسعه محصول در صنایع مکمل یا دارویی.
• تسلط عملی بر فرمولاسیون، پایداری و شناخت عملکرد مواد اولیه.
• تجربه عملی در فرمولاسیون گامی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• آشنایی با اصول GMP و مستندسازی فنی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در تحلیل، حل مسئله و مدیریت پروژه.
• توانایی کار مستقل با حداقل نظارت.
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی به‌ویژه در مستندسازی فنی.

Objective of Job Role

Managing and implementing all research activities, formulation and development of medicinal, supplemental, natural products in various forms including tablets, capsules, softgels, powders, syrups, gummies, etc. This role is responsible for guiding research and development projects from the idea stage to preparation for production. is, in such a way that the formulas are technically applicable, functionally effective and economically viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing the formulation of nutritional supplements in different pharmaceutical forms (tablets, capsules, softgels, powders, syrups, gummies, drugs and natural products...).
• Selection and evaluation of effective ingredients and side ingredients with attention to performance, stability and sensory characteristics.
• Ensuring that the formulas conform to the technical needs and customer specifications.
• Planning and implementing laboratory and pilot tests to check the performance of the formulas.
• Collaborating with the production unit to ensure the scalability and repeatability of the formulas in the production line. Specifications, stability protocols and test records according to internal guidelines.
• Close collaboration with business units and supply chain to review customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Provide technical advice regarding the manufacturability and improvement of existing products.
• Monitor global trends, new technologies and new raw materials in the food supplement industry.
• Suggest new product development opportunities or improve current formulations.

Competences and qualifications expected

• Master's degree (or PhD preferably) in pharmacy, chemistry or related fields.
• At least 7 years of related experience in the field of formulation and product development in the supplement or pharmaceutical industries.
• Practical mastery of formulation, stability and understanding of the performance of raw materials. with GMP principles and technical documentation.
• Strong skills in analysis, problem solving and project management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English especially in technical documentation.
