وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
- پایش و تجزیه‌وتحلیل مستمر محیط داخلی و خارجی با رویکرد شناسایی فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها، نقاط قوت و نقاط ضعف.
- انجام مطالعات آینده‌نگاری و شناخت روندهای محیطی آینده.
- تدوین استراتژی با استفاده از مدل‌ها و ابزارهای برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک با رویکرد خلق مزیت رقابتی.
- همکاری با تیم‌های میان رشته ای با رویکرد دریافت نگرش‌ها و همراستاسازی اهداف و اقدامات استراتژیک.
- مشارکت در تدوین برنامه‌های راهبردی و عملیاتی شرکت‌های فرعی و وابسته.

- تدوین برنامه استراتژیک سناریو محور.

- تدوین برنامه عملیاتی در راستای تحقق اهداف برنامه استراتژیک.
- اولویت‌بندی برنامه‌های عملیاتی در راستای تحقق اهداف استراتژیک گروه صاد.
- مدیریت وظایف در چارچوب برنامه راهبردی و عملیاتی.
- جاری‌سازی استراتژی.
- طراحی و پیاده‌سازی نظام پایش و ارزیابی عملکرد.
- تهیه گزارش تحلیلی دوره‌ای با هدف کنترل و نظارت بر اهداف استراتژیک شرکت.
- طراحی و پیاده‌سازی داشبورد برنامه راهبردی در سطح گروه.
- ارزیابی و آسیب‌شناسی مستمر برنامه‌های راهبردی و عملیاتی.
- تدوین بودجه عملیاتی.
- پایش مستمر بودجه هلدینگ و شرکت‌های فرعی و وابسته.
