مسئولیت مدیریت و هدایت تمامی عملیات روزانه در شعبه تهران را بر عهده دارد. این نقش نیازمند توانایی رهبری قوی، مهارت‌های مدیریتی و توانمندی در حل مسائل و تصمیم‌گیری است. مدیر شعبه باید کیفیت و کارایی خدمات را تضمین کند و به بهبود تجربه مشتریان کمک کند.

مسئولیت ها:
- نظارت بر تمامی فعالیت‌های روزانه شعبه و تضمین اجرای صحیح فرآیندها
- مدیریت و هدایت تیم کارکنان برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی
- بررسی و تحلیل عملکرد مالی شعبه و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای
- برقراری و ارتقاء روابط با مشتریان و رسیدگی به شکایات و نیازهای آنها
- تضمین رعایت استانداردهای بهداشتی و ایمنی در تمامی عملیات شعبه
- برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت میزان تعطیلات و ساعات کاری کارکنان
- همکاری با تیم خرید و تدارکات برای تامین نیازهای شعبه
- تسهیل در آموزش و توسعه حرفه‌ای کارکنان شعبه

شایستگی ها:
- تجربه کاری مرتبط و موفق در مدیریت شعبه یا نقش‌های مشابه
- مهارت‌های عالی در مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی وظایف
- توانایی قوی در تفکر انتقادی و حل مسائل پیچیده
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی مؤثر و توانایی ایجاد انگیزه در تیم

The branch manager must guarantee the quality and efficiency of services and help improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising all the daily activities of the branch and ensuring the correct implementation of processes
- Managing and guiding the staff team to achieve organizational goals
- Reviewing and analyzing the financial performance of the branch and presenting periodic reports
- Establishing and promoting relationships with customers and handling their complaints and needs
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in all branch operations
- Planning and management The amount of vacations and working hours of employees
- Collaboration with the procurement and procurement team to meet the needs of the branch
- Facilitating the training and professional development of branch employees
