We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with deep experience in B2B enterprise and SaaS design, and a strong drive to shape usable, intuitive, and delightful products. Your work will directly impact thousands of IT professionals managing security and compliance every day.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the design process from discovery to delivery. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape our core platform experiences. Your insights, design leadership, and execution will be critical in building secure and elegant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Lead product design efforts across new and existing features
- User Research: Conduct discovery interviews, usability testing, and user journey mapping
- Prototyping: Create wireframes, flows, and hi-fi prototypes to communicate design direction
- Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency
- UX/UI Execution: Deliver elegant, intuitive, and accessible interfaces
- Collaboration: Partner with PMs and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
- Iteration: Use data and feedback to continuously refine and improve designs
Required Skills
- 6+ years in Product Design, with strong experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise environments
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
- Skilled in UX research, including interviews, testing, and behavioral analysis
- Experience building and scaling design systems
- Ability to balance product requirements, technical constraints, and user needs
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Portfolio demonstrating deep product thinking, elegant UX, and enterprise-scale interfaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MDM, endpoint security, or IT automation products
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Basic understanding of front-end development
- Ability to translate security and technical workflows into usable, accessible interfaces
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
