Senior Front-End Developer (Expo / React Native + UI/UX Design) – 1-Month Remote Project Role Description: We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in Expo / React Native who can design and implement mobile UI/UX independently. You will own the entire front-end experience—from concept and design to development and deployment—for both iOS and Android platforms. Responsibilities: Independently design UI/UX for mobile apps based on product requirements Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Expo Go Translate your designs into high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces Integrate with backend APIs and third-party services Optimize apps for performance, accessibility, and security Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning Required Skills & Qualifications:Core Technical Skills: React Native & Expo Go – expert level (3+ years) UI/UX Design for Mobile – proven ability to create interfaces and experiences independently (3+ years) JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript – 5+ years State Management – Redux, Context API, or similar RESTful APIs & GraphQL – integration experience Navigation & Animations – React Navigation, Lottie, Reanimated Performance Optimization – memory management, lazy loading, code splitting Testing – Jest, Detox, React Native Testing Library Version Control – Git, GitHub/GitLab workflow Problem Solving & Debugging – strong analytical skills Additional Senior-Level Skills: CI/CD for Mobile Apps – Fastlane, Expo EAS, AppCenter Push Notifications & Offline Storage – Firebase, OneSignal, AsyncStorage, Realm, SQLite Authentication & Security – OAuth, JWT, biometrics App Store & Play Store Deployment – experience submitting and maintaining apps Mentorship & Team Leadership – code reviews, guiding junior developers Agile & Scrum Methodology – collaborative development experience Qualifications: 5+ years professional front-end development experience 3+ years specifically with React Native / Expo Go Proven track record of designing and shipping production-grade mobile applications independently Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, cross-platform challenges, and accessibility Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely Employment Details: Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Contract Location: Remote Duration: 1 Month (Full-Time Engagement)
