- مهارت در برنامه‌ریزی تولید و استانداردهای ساخت.
- توانایی سرپرستی و هدایت افراد.
- مهارت‌های قوی در مدیریت زمان، کار گروهی و ارتباط مؤثر.
Turbin Dar Company, active in the industry of industrial machinery in the field of solid-liquid filtration, established in 1981, is looking for a senior expert for the position of production supervisor in Saujblag (Hashtgerd Industrial City). This position includes supervision of industrial machinery production processes, quality assurance and cooperation in improving production planning.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of production processes including machining, welding and assembly
- Production planning and coordination based on manufacturing standards
- Directing and supervising the production team
- Time management and ensuring timely product delivery
- Effective communication with different departments and reporting to managers
Qualifications:
- Having at least 10 years of experience in the production of industrial machinery
- Complete familiarity with machining, welding and assembly processes
