We are looking for a talented and data-driven BI Partner to join the Ad Services strategy team at Digikala. The BI Partner will be responsible for analyzing key data related to team performance, creating insightful dashboards, and collaborating closely with the strategy team to optimize decision-making and advertising execution processes. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and Power BI is essential for managing data and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases.
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving advertising performance.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create detailed, accurate reports.
- Use Python to automate analytical processes and handle data processing tasks.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI to present key data insights and reports.
- Work closely with the strategy team to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to improve advertising operations.
- Generate regular and comprehensive reports on advertising performance and share findings with relevant teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge and experience using Python for data processing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and building interactive dashboards.
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analysis roles.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in online advertising or Ad Services.
- Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with ETL tools and Data Warehousing.
