آگهی شغلی: کارشناس سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها؛

فعالیت: تولید تجهیزات صنایع نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی؛
شرح شغل و وظایف:
- بررسی، تدوین و به‌روزرسانی مستندات شرکت شامل فرآیندها، دستورالعمل‌ها و روش‌های اجرایی.
- عارضه‌یابی، بهبود مستمر و مهندسی مجدد فرآیندها با همکاری سایر واحدها.
- مدلسازی فرآیندها (تحلیل، فرآیندکاوی و بهبود فرآیندها).
- اجرای ممیزی‌های داخلی سازمان بر اساس برنامه‌های مدون.
- تهیه و به‌روزرسانی چک‌لیست‌های ممیزی و ارائه گزارشات اقدامات اصلاحی.
- جمع‌آوری و یکپارچه‌سازی گزارشات عملکرد سازمان.
- همکاری در شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی پرسنل در سطوح مختلف شغلی.

شرایط احراز شغل:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
- حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه.
- مسلط به استاندارد BPMN2 و مدل مرجع APQC.
- آشنایی با مفاهیم مدیریت کیفیت و سیستم‌های تعالی سازمانی.
- آشنایی با مستندسازی فرآیندها و الزامات استانداردهای ایزو.
- توانایی استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای Visio ،Visual Paradigm ،Process Maker و Power BI.

Familiarity with process documentation and requirements of ISO standards
Ability to use Visio, Visual Paradigm, Process Maker and Power BI software
