شرح وظایف:

• تدوین و آماده‌سازی پروپوزال فنی با دریافت اطلاعات از دیسیپلین‌های مختلف.
• همکاری در تهیه پیشنهادات فنی و مالی.
• انجام پروسه مناقصات از ابتدا تا انتها.
• شناسایی پروژه‌های جاری در کشور.
• منبع‌یابی شرکت‌های خارجی.
• حضور در جلسات با کارفرما.
• برقراری ارتباطات موثر با کارفرما.

شرایط احراز:

• روابط عمومی بالا.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• مسلط به پروسه مناقصات.
• آشنا با نرم‌افزارهای مهندسی.
• آشنایی با فنون بازاریابی و فروش.
• سابقه همکاری با شرکت‌های خارجی.
• مسلط به مدارک فنی مناقصات و استانداردهای مربوط به صنعت.

Job Description:

• Assisting in sales and marketing of products related to industrial oil, gas, petrochemical, refinery
• Assisting in preparing technical and commercial proposals to present to clients.
• Assisting in the preparation of documents required for inquiries and participating in tenders such as tender documents, bank guarantees, and communication with clients.
• Regular follow-up of tenders and inquiries.
• Probation period: 3 Month.
• Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am- 5 pm.
• Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable.
• Commission, bonus, and benefits: supplementary insurance, etc.

Requirements:

• A degree in Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with chemical, petrochemical, and refining processes.
• Familiarity with the clients of related industrial and rotary equipment and bulk material sales expert.
• Familiarity with negotiation and presentation of industrial clients.
• Preferably fluent in specialized chemical and mechanical engineering software (Hysis, PV, etc.).
• Motivated, work commitment, and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to manage crisis.
• Compliance with work discipline.
• Commitment to the collection.
• Fluent in English.
