At Alibaba Group, we are recruiting a call center support expert (tour and foreign hotel) for the customer service team at the Yara Tehran office, who will guide and advise customers and communicate with suppliers to support travelers during, before and after their stay.
Responsibilities
Receiving calls, referring and following up problems of users of the Alibaba website and application.
Providing necessary guidance for the questions raised by customers.
Recording customer call records.
Advising travelers to register a reservation and choose a hotel.
Qualification conditions
Priority is given to those who are experts in the foreign hotel product (general knowledge about the hotel industry, terms of this industry, international rules and regulations of this field, relative knowledge about the world's tourist cities and centers (important for them) to have.
Having knowledge of English.
Patience and calmness to respond to customers.
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work in the evening shift
