برنامه‌نویس ماشینکاری | CNC Machine Programmer

شرکت مهندسی بدر سیستم، فعال در حوزه ساخت و بازسازی قطعات توربین‌های گازی و موتورهای هوایی، به منظور تکمیل و تقویت خط ماشین‌کاری خود، به برنامه‌نویس‌های ماهر و با تجربه ماشین‌های CNC نیازمند است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• برنامه‌نویسی ماشین‌های فرز CNC.
• مطابقت دادن روش تولید اجرایی با دستورالعمل ماشین‌کاری.
• انجام فرایندهای کنترل حین تولید و حصول اطمینان از صحت ابعادی و هندسی قطعات.
• نظارت مستمر بر برنامه ماشین‌کاری در حال اجرا.
• انتخاب ابزار برای مواد خاص و برنامه‌ریزی ماشین‌ها بر این اساس.

شرایط همکاری:

• مدیر مستقیم: مدیر ماشین‌کاری.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 1 ماه.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 16:30؛ روزهای پنجشنبه در صورت نیاز. 
• مزایا: پاداش دوره‌ای، هزینه ناهار، سرویس رفت و برگشت و بیمه تکمیلی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به نرم‌افزار برنامه‌نویسی ماشین‌کاری (پاورمیل سه محور).
• آشنایی با روش‌های تولید ساخت قطعات صنعتی.
• توانایی نقشه‌‍خوانی دو بعدی.
• توانایی استفاده از ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری.
• توانایی تحلیل هندسی قطعات صنعتی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای CAD/CAM.

About the Job:

Badr Engineering System Company, a leader in the manufacturing and refurbishment of gas turbine components and aviation aero-engine parts, is seeking skilled and experienced CNC Programmers to expand and enhance its machining production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming CNC milling machines to meet precise engineering specifications.
• Aligning production methods with machining instructions and technical guidelines.
• Conducting in-process quality controls to ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy of components.
• Continuously monitoring and optimizing ongoing machining programs for efficiency and quality.
• Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications, tool selection for particular materials, and program machines accordingly.

Additional Details:

• Direct Supervisor: Machining Manager.
• Probationary Period: 1 month.
• Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Thursdays as required.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in machining programming software (three-axis Powermill).
• Familiar with manufacturing methods for industrial parts.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings.

• Ability to analyze the geometry of industrial parts.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software.
