  • کنترل کیفیت غذا، استاندارد سرویس و رضایت میهمانان.
  • نظارت بر منو، قیمت‌گذاری، خرید مواد اولیه و کنترل ضایعات.
  • آموزش و نظارت بر پرسنل آشپزخانه و سالن.
  • همکاری با مدیر مالی و کاست کنترل در کنترل هزینه‌ها و تحلیل سودآوری.
  • طراحی تجربه مهمان و اجرای استانداردهای خدماتی بین‌المللی.
