Senior HR & Admin Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing day-to-day HR admin tasks and paperwork accurately
• Handling payroll processes—things like overtime, leaves, and travel expenses
• Ensure  all social security filings happen on time and by the book
• Executing supplementary insurance programs from sign-up to approval.
• Working closely with Finance so payroll and reports are always spot on
• Creating and running employee benefits programs (insurance, loans, meals, etc.)
• Improve HR service Delivery Parameters such as SLA & QOS.
• Creating and delivering reports to Facilitate Leadership Decision making.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4 years working hands-on with HR admin or payroll.
• Good understanding of labor laws, social security, payroll taxes, and insurance rules.
• Comfortable with Excel and Google sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
• Team Player with Strong communication skills.
