- ارائه تخصص علمی درونی:
عمل به عنوان یک منبع علمی معتبر برای تیم های داخلی از جمله بازاریابی ، فروش ، تجارت
توسعه و تولید.
- این شامل:
ارائه ورودی علمی برای برنامه ریزی استراتژیک و مدیریت چرخه محصول.
ارائه آموزش های علمی و به روزرسانی در زمینه های بیماری ، محصولات شرکت و رقیب مربوط به تیم های داخلی است.
پاسخ دادن به سؤال های علمی از همکاران داخلی.

As a Medical Advisor at Orchid Pharmed, you will be a key scientific expert responsible for bridging the gap between clinical evidence and practical application, both internally and externally.
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing Scientific Strategy:
Contributing to the formulation and execution of robust medical affairs strategies and annual
medical plans for assigned products, ensuring alignment with overall brand and company
objectives.
- Building Scientific Partnerships:
Establishing and nurturing credible, peer-to-peer scientific relationships with Key Opinion
Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in relevant therapeutic areas to gather insights
and facilitate scientific exchange.
- Providing Internal Scientific Expertise:
Acting as a reliable scientific resource for internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Business
Development, and Production.
- This involves:
Providing scientific input for strategic planning and product lifecycle management.
Delivering scientific training and updates on disease areas, company products, and relevant
competitors to internal teams.
Responding to scientific inquiries from internal colleagues.
- Ensuring Scientific Accuracy & Compliance:
Reviewing and approving promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure their scientific
accuracy and compliance with internal policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.
- Staying Abreast of Scientific Developments:
Continuously monitoring and critically evaluating the latest scientific literature, clinical trial
data, and treatment guidelines to maintain deep expertise in relevant therapeutic areas and
identify emerging trends.
- Scientific Communication & Presentation:
Developing and delivering clear, accurate, and engaging scientific presentations at internal
meetings, advisory boards, scientific congresses, and other relevant forums.
- Supporting External Engagement:
Representing the company at scientific meetings and potentially accompanying
sales/marketing teams on visits to healthcare professionals to provide scientific support and
address medical questions.

Requirements:
- Educational Background:
A professional doctorate degree (MD or PharmD).
- Professional Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience specifically as a Medical Advisor within the
pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated experience managing or leading a team of four or more
individuals/professionals.
- Scientific Acumen:
Possessing deep scientific knowledge and the ability to critically evaluate and synthesize
complex scientific data.
Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following

- Stakeholder Engagement:
Proven ability to effectively build and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion
Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and scientific societies.
- Communication & Presentation:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to present complex scientific information clearly and engagingly to diverse audiences.
- Industry Knowledge:
A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical market dynamics, healthcare ecosystem, and
medical affairs strategies.
- Language Proficiency:
Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Collaboration & Autonomy:
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and
collaboratively as a valued member of a cross-functional team.
- Planning & Organization:
Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
