Key Accountabilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle rollout projects (Oracle E-Business Suite).
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and external vendors.
• Oversee system integration, data migration, and change management activities to ensure smooth transition from legacy/non-standard ERPs to Oracle EBS.
• Define governance, methodology, and best practices for ERP implementation across diverse business units.
• Manage vendor/implementation partners, contracts, and performance.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee data migration, testing, training, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills :
ᴧ 15+ years of overall IT/ERP experience with at least 10+ years leading Oracle ERP programs.
ᴧ Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-company Oracle ERP rollouts (brownfield migrations preferred).
ᴧ Hands-on expertise across multiple Oracle ERP modules such as:
o Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
o Supply Chain (PO, OM, INV, WMS, Procurement)
o Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality)
o HRMS / Payroll
o Technical areas (PL/SQL, Interfaces, Extensions, Reports, Forms, Workflow, Integrations).
ᴧ Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and/or Fusion transition paths.
o Deep understanding of ERP data migration, master data governance, and process harmonization.
o Strong vendor management, program governance, and stakeholder management skills.
o Excellent leadership, communication, and change management abilities.
o Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Distribution industries is a plus.
