Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Yousefabad, Tehran
Working Days: Saturday to Wednesday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

As a data analyst at Axon, you’ll play a crucial role in turning raw data into actionable insights. You’ll 
collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, uncover hidden patterns, and provide 
data-driven recommendations. Whether it’s analyzing customer behavior, optimizing marketing 
campaigns, or improving operational efficiency, your work will directly impact our success. 
Responsibilities: 
• SQL Querying: Write efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our databases. 
• Power BI Expertise: Create compelling visualizations and reports using Power BI. 
• DAX Language Skills: Develop custom calculations and measures in Power BI using DAX. 
• Data Modeling: Design and optimize data models for efficient querying. 
• KPI Tracking: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track relevant KPIs. 
• Data Cleaning and Validation: Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and validating datasets. 
• Data Visualization: Create insightful visual representations of data using tools like Power BI. 
• Python Proficiency: Familiarity with Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation. 
• Data Analysis Algorithms: Knowledge of common data analysis algorithms (e.g., regression, 
clustering, decision trees) to extract meaningful insights. 
Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics) 
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases 
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and DAX 
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts 
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
