We are seeking a business-oriented and problem-solving Data Analyst to ensure data accuracy, validate business KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to both internal teams and FMCG suppliers. A key part of this role involves direct interaction with customers, answering analytical and numerical questions, and translating data into clear, business-relevant insights. The role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience with Python or R, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Data Quality, KPI Validation & Problem Solving.
-Perform regular data quality checks and identify inconsistencies or anomalies.
-Validate core KPIs across dashboards (Sales, Volume, Market Share, Price Index, Distribution).
-Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
0Work with technical teams to resolve data and logic-related problems.
-Dashboard Ownership & Reporting.
-Ensure dashboard accuracy, consistency, and data freshness.
-Validate new KPIs, metrics, and features before release.
-Support ongoing dashboard improvement based on business and customer feedback.
-Business & Ad-hoc Analysis
-Deliver short-term and ad-hoc analyses for sales, account managers, and management.
-Analyze campaign performance, product sales behavior, and market trends.
-Prepare clear analytical outputs (tables, charts, insights) for decision-making.
-Customer (FMCG Supplier) Interaction.
-Work closely with FMCG suppliers to support their analytical needs.
-Answer customer questions related to sales performance, trends, anomalies, and KPIs.
-Help customers correctly interpret data and address misunderstandings.
-Support customer meetings with prepared datasets and analytical insights
-Contribute to value creation and upsell opportunities through data-driven insights.
-Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation.
-Collaborate with product and engineering teams on data logic validation, code review, and feature testing.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proven hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
-Experience working with dashboards, KPIs, and structured datasets.
-Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently in English.
-Experience in FMCG, retail, or market intelligence environments.
-Familiarity with data validation, KPI governance, and analytical best practices.
-Experience working in customer-facing analytical roles.
