-نظارت بر بودجه‌بندی، پیش‌بینی و تحلیل مالی همسو با کسب‌وکارها
-تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی دقیق: سود و زیان، ترازنامه، صورت‌های جریان نقدی و گزارش‌های انحراف هزینه
-نظارت و بهینه‌سازی سرمایه در گردش، گردش موجودی و شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد مالی در سطح کسب‌وکار
-ارزیابی و نظارت بر هزینه‌های سرمایه‌ای (CAPEX) و هزینه‌های عملیاتی (OPEX)
-رهبری مذاکرات مالی با بانک‌ها و موسسات برای تأمین مالی بیزینس ها
-ارائه بینش مالی برای استراتژی‌های قیمت‌گذاری، توسعه محصول و قراردادهای زنجیره تأمین
-اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای گزارشگری مالی و قوانین مالیاتی محلی و مقررات مالی صنعت نشر و سایر صنایع مرتبط
-همکاری با رهبری ارشد برای افزایش سودآوری و ارزش سهامداران

-Monitoring budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis in line with businesses
-Preparing and submitting detailed financial reports: Profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow statements and cost deviation reports
-Monitoring and optimizing working capital, inventory turnover and key financial performance indicators at the business level
-Evaluation and monitoring of capital costs (CAPEX) and Opex Costs
-Leadership of financial negotiations with banks and institutions to finance business
-Providing financial insights for pricing strategies, product development and supply chain contracts
-Ensure that financial reporting standards and local tax laws and financial regulations of the publishing industry and other related industries
-Collaborate with senior leadership to drive profitability and shareholder value
