requirements:
education:

At Adoratab, we are seeking a Senior Specialist in Organizational Design and Development to play a key role in shaping organizational structures, implementing agile systems, and enhancing our human capital. This position is defined by analytical, systemic, and design-oriented thinking, offering the opportunity to contribute to strategic organizational transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize organizational structures to improve agility, clarify responsibilities, and align with corporate objectives
Develop and implement a Job Grading system to ensure transparency, fairness in compensation, and clear career pathways
Draft, review, and update Job Descriptions in line with the new structure and evolving organizational needs
Develop competency models and career progression frameworks with a focus on individual and organizational growth
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement Succession Planning programs, ensuring leadership continuity and talent development
Actively contribute to organizational transformation projects, restructuring initiatives, and change management processes
Partner with departments to design processes, tools, and frameworks for organizational development
Support the design and reinforcement of corporate culture, embedding values, and strengthening team engagement and cohesion

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or related fields
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in organizational design, job grading, HR architecture, job description development, or organizational development systems

Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of organizational design and development concepts and frameworks
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing job grading, job descriptions, and succession planning systems
Familiarity with competency models, HR process design, and career development frameworks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for modeling and presenting concepts
Behavioral Competencies:

Creativity in designing organizational solutions and problem-solving
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Accountability, attention to detail, and effective time management
Language:
Ability to read, analyze, and apply scientific and professional resources in HR and organizational design (English proficiency required)
