Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Electronic Engineer or Biomedical Engineer to source essential technologies and components for our global projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, evaluate, and procure components in categories including solar and photovoltaic power systems, metrology, instrumentation, control devices, and medical/laboratory equipment.
• Analyze technical specifications, industry standards, and supplier offerings to ensure the highest quality solutions.
• Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to meet technical and budgetary goals.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and conditions.
• Continuously assess the market and maintain a comprehensive supplier database for ongoing improvement.
• Ensure the installation and preparation of electronic and instrumentation devices meet project standards.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in installation and preparation of electronic and instrumentation devices.
• Strong experience in sourcing for solar power systems, metrology, instrumentation, and medical/laboratory devices.
• Full knowledge of RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and corresponding supplier communications.
• Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, reading, and listening) with strong negotiation skills to secure the best purchase prices and terms.
• Cross-functional abilities with demonstrated analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving outcomes.
• Additional skills: Time management, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Preferable experience: Preparing tender documents, technical documents, and detailed technical requirements.
• Asset: Knowledge of tender procedures is considered an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
