شرح شغل:

• شناسایی نیازمندی‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و گردش اطلاعات در سازمان.
• شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های فرایندی.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی مستندسازی فرایندهای سازمان.
• آشنایی با طراحی و مدل‌سازی فرایندها (بر اساس استاندارد BPMN2).
• توانایی تعریف شاخص‌های کارایی و اثربخشی مناسب برای فرایندها.
• توانایی تهیه داشبورد مدیریتی در خصوص عملکرد سازمان در حوزه فرایندی.
• توانایی پایش و اندازه‌گیری فرایندها بر اساس شاخص‌های تعریف شده.
• آشنایی با تحلیل و عارضه‌یابی فرایندهای سازمان.
• آشنایی با طرح‌ریزی و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌ها و فرآیندها.

Ability to document the organization's processes

Ability to define suitable efficiency and effectiveness indicators for the processes
Ability to prepare a management dashboard regarding the organization's performance in the field A process
