*وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• بررسی قراردادهای B2B مرتبط با خدمات لجستیکی شرکت.
• پیگیری و انجام امور حقوقی مرتبط با انبارش، حمل و توزیع کالا.
• مشاوره حقوقی به بخش‌های مختلف شرکت در امور قراردادها و مسائل حقوقی روزمره.
• بررسی و تحلیل اسناد حقوقی و مکاتبات رسمی شرکت.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی جهت رفع مشکلات حقوقی احتمالی.
• پیگیری امور حقوقی مربوط به سازمان‌های طرف قرارداد.
• حضور در مراجعات قضایی یا اداری در صورت لزوم.
• مدیریت و بایگانی مستندات حقوقی شرکت.
• رصد تغییرات قوانین و مقررات مرتبط با حوزه لجستیک و امور قراردادها.

• فارغ‌التحصیل رشته حقوق.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر، دقیق و منظم در انجام امور محوله.
• دارای روحیه فعال، توانایی پیگیری امور و انجام کارهای خارج از شرکت.
• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباط موثر با واحدهای مختلف.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای آفیس.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviewing B2B contracts related to the company's logistics services.
Following up and carrying out legal matters related to its storage, transportation and distribution of goods.
Legal advice to different departments of the company in matters of contracts and everyday legal issues.
Reviewing and analyzing legal documents and official correspondence of the company. Legal related to the contracting party's organizations.
Attendance in judicial or administrative inquiries if necessary.
Management and filing of the company's legal documents.
Monitoring changes in laws and regulations related to the field of logistics and contracts.

Eligibility requirements:
