• آشنایی عمیق با استانداردها و مفاهیم حسابداری مانند GAAP یا IFRS.
• مهارت‌های عالی تحلیل داده‌های مالی و ارائه گزارشات تحلیلی.
• توانایی خوب در مدیریت زمان و کار تحت فشار.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری مانند SAP ،Oracle Financials یا QuickBooks.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی فوق‌العاده برای ارتباط موثر با اعضای تیم و دیگر بخش‌های سازمانی.
• توانایی اجرای بررسی‌های مالی دقیق و تدوین گزارش‌های مرتبط.
• انگیزه و تعهد برای بهبود مستمر در عملکرد و دانش حرفه‌ای.
• توانایی رهبری یا همکاری موثر با تیم‌های حسابداری و مالی برای انجام پروژه‌های مختلف.

• تدوین گزارشات مالی سالیانه و فصلی بر اساس استانداردهای حسابداری معتبر مانند GAAP یا IFRS.
• تحلیل دقیق داده‌های مالی برای ارائه گزارشات تحلیلی و پیشنهادات به مدیران عالی.
• مدیریت عملیات حسابداری روزمره شامل پردازش تراکنش‌های مالی، صدور فاکتورها و مدیریت حساب‌های پرداخت و دریافت.
• انجام بررسی‌های مالی داخلی و خارجی به منظور اطمینان از انطباق با قوانین و مقررات مالی.
• ارائه مشاوره مالی و مالیاتی به مدیران و سایر اعضای تیم مالی.
• همکاری با مدیران عملیاتی و بخش‌های مختلف شرکت برای بهبود فرآیندهای مالی و اجرای سیاست‌ها.
• رهبری یا همکاری با تیم‌های حسابداری و مالی برای انجام پروژه‌های ویژه و مهم شرکت.

1. Having a master's degree in accounting or finance.
2. At least 2 to 3 years of related work experience in accounting or finance.
3. Deep familiarity with accounting standards and concepts such as GAAP or IFRS.
4. Excellent skills in analyzing financial data and presenting analytical reports.
5. Good ability to manage time and work under pressure. 6. Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or QuickBooks.
7. Excellent communication skills for effective communication with team members and other organizational departments.
8. Ability to carry out detailed financial reviews and compile related reports.
9. Motivation and commitment for continuous improvement in performance and professional knowledge.
10. The ability to lead or cooperate effectively with accounting and financial teams to carry out various projects.
11. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all financial activities.

Responsibilities:
1. Preparing annual and quarterly financial reports based on valid accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
2. Detailed analysis of financial data to provide analytical reports and suggestions to senior managers.
3. Managing daily accounting operations including processing financial transactions, issuing invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable.
4. Conducting internal and external financial audits to ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
5. Providing financial and tax advice to managers and other members of the financial team. 6. Cooperation with operational managers and different departments of the company to improve financial processes and implement policies.
7. Leadership or cooperation with accounting and financial teams to carry out special and important projects of the company. Required skills: 1. Proficient in accounting standards and concepts.
