نقش شما در تیم:

تدوین صورت‌های مالی:

• اطمینان از دقت، یکپارچگی، و انطباق صورت‌های مالی با الزامات قانونی و گزارش‌دهی به سازمان‌های نظارتی

تهیه گزارش‌های مالی و مدیریتی:

• بررسی دفاتر کل، اصلاح اشتباه‌های و انجام انتقال‌های بین‌حسابی.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی و تحلیلی برای مدیران ارشد و سایر بخش‌ها.
• مدیریت بودجه‌بندی و نظارت بر هزینه‌های عملیاتی و تخصیص منابع مالی.
• کنترل و اصلاح مغایرت‌های مالی و ارائه پیشنهادهایی برای بهبود فرآیندهای مالی.

محاسبه و پایش نسبت‌های مالی:

• محاسبه نسبت‌های نقدینگی، نسبت‌های سودآوری، نسبت‌های اهرمی و گردش دارایی.
• تحلیل روند نسبت‌ها در مقایسه با داده‌های قبلی، بودجه پیش‌بینی شده و داده‌های موجود در صنعت و ارائه پیشنهاد‌های اصلاحی.

نگارش و پایش بودجه:

• طراحی فرایند بودجه‌ریزی سازمان با هماهنگی بخش‌های مختلف.
• تدوین مفروضات بودجه بر اساس تحلیل بازار، پیش‌بینی‌های اقتصادی، و اهداف استراتژیک شرکت.
• رصد مستمر انحرافات بودجه و ارائه گزارش‌های اصلاحی با ذکر دلایل.

ثبت اسناد مالی:

• نظارت بر فرایندهای خزانه‌داری، حساب‌ها و تطبیق بانکی.
• اطمینان از رعایت سیاست‌های داخلی شرکت و قوانین مالیاتی در ثبت اسناد.

کنترل هزینه‌ها:

• اجرای مکانیزم‌های کنترل بودجه و شناسایی هزینه‌های غیر ضروری.
• پیشنهاد راهکارهای عملی برای بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مسلط به استانداردهای مالی و حسابداری.
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی، تامین اجتماعی و مقررات بانکی.
• مهارت در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مالی.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی دقیق.
• توانایی کار با اکسل و دیگر برنامه‌های مایکروسافت.
• توانایی کار با ابزارهای مدیریت داده.
• مسلط به سامانه مودیان مالیاتی برای ارسال اظهارنامه و رفع اختلافات مالیاتی.
• دقت بالا، توجه به جزئیات، و توانایی مدیریت چند پروژه به صورت همزمان.
• مهارت ارتباطی قوی برای همکاری با واحدهای مختلف.

We are looking for an experienced and empowered financial expert who can play a key role in analyzing, monitoring and improving the company's financial processes. This person must be able to interact effectively with senior executives, accounting teams and related units and strategically direct and stabilize financial processes. Your Role in the Team:
- Financial Statements:
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial statements with legal requirements and reporting to supervisory organizations
- Preparation of financial and managerial reports :
- Review of General Offices, Correcting Mistakes and Conducting Inter-Entrepreneurs.
- Preparing and Providing Financial and Analytical Reports to senior executives and other departments. Operational and Financial Allocation.
- Control and modify financial contradictions and submit suggestions to improve financial processes.
Calculate and monitor financial ratios:
- Calculate liquidity ratios, profitability ratio, ratio ratio Lever and asset circulation.
- Ratio process analysis compared to previous data, anticipated budgets and data available in the industry and offers corrective suggestions.
- Budget Writing and Monitoring:
- Designing the organization's budgeting process in coordination with various departments
- Developing budget assumptions based on market analysis, economic forecasts, and strategic goals of the company.
- Continuous observation of budget deviations and presentation of corrective reports with the reasons
- Financial Documents Registration:
- Monitoring Treasury Process, Accounts and Banking.
- Ensure that the company's internal policies and tax laws are registered.
- Cost Control:
- Implementation of budget control mechanisms and identifying unnecessary costs.
- Offer practical solutions to optimize costs

Skills and experiences required:
- at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Mastery of Financial Standards and Accounting
- Introduction to Taxes, Social Security and Banking Regulations
- Skills to Use Financial Software
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide detailed analytical reports
- Ability to work with Excel and other Microsoft Programs BR>- Ability to work with data management tools
- Mastery of taxpayers to submit declarations and tax disputes
- High accuracy, attention to details, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Communication Skills Strong to collaborate with various units
