کارشناس تعمیر و نگهداری | Maintenance Expert

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی الکترونیک یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط (اولویت با رشته مهندسی صنایع است).
• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط (ترجیحاً در صنایع غذایی و دارویی).
• توانایی بررسی کاتالوگ‌ها و کنترل آرشیو فنی.
• توانایی بازرسی ماشین‌آلات.
• توانایی کنترل صحت نقشه‌ها.
• توانایی نظارت بر کلیه دستگاه‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات PM.
• آشنایی با تعمیرات و نگهداری پیشگیرانه.
• آشنایی کامل با دوره‌های ICDL.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی جهت مطالعه کاتالوگ‌های فنی.
• توانایی نظارت بر فعالیت‌های تعمیرکاران و انجام فعالیت‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات.
• توانایی تدوین مستندات نگهداری و تعمیرات.
• توانایی بررسی درخواست‌های تعمیرات اتفاقی و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها جهت اقدام تعمیراتی.
• آشنایی با امور EM و تدوین آن.
• توانایی پایش و اندازه‌گیری فرآیند نگهداری و تعمیرات از طریق شاخص‌های تعیین شده.
• آشنایی با ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های مرتبط با فرآیند نگهداری و تعمیرات و تلاش در جهت کنترل آن‌ها.
• آشنایی با انواع گزارش‌دهی و آماردهی توقفات ماشین‌آلات.
• روحیه کار تیمی. 

• این فرد باید بر اجرای PM ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات پشتیبانی خطوط تولید نظارت داشته باشد و گزارشات کامل ارائه کند. 
• مدیر مستقیم: مدیر فنی و مهندسی.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.
• ساعت‌های کاری: از 7:30 صبح تا 4:30 عصر؛ در صورت نیاز واحد موظف به حضور در اضافه کاری.

Field of study: industrial engineering-mechanics-electronics and other engineering fields (the first priority is industrial engineering).
Educational degree: Bachelor or Master. Work experience: at least 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in the food and pharmaceutical industries).
Knowledge skills (Hard Skills): • Ability to review catalogs and control technical archives, inspect machines, control the accuracy of drawings • Ability to monitor all PM maintenance and repair devices • Familiarity with preventive maintenance and repairs • Complete familiarity With ICDL courses • Familiarity with English language to study technical catalogs • Ability to supervise the activities of repairmen and carry out maintenance and repair activities • Ability to compile maintenance and repair documents including equipment coding, implementation method, operating instructions and maintenance and repair forms • Checking requests Incidental repairs and their prioritization for repair • Familiarity with EM affairs and its compilation • Ability to monitor and measure the maintenance and repairs process through the determined indicators • Familiarity with the risks and opportunities related to the maintenance and repairs process and efforts to control them • Getting to know the types of reporting and statistics of machine stops.
Personal skills (Soft Skills): • Having team spirit and cooperation.

Responsibilities: This person must fully supervise the implementation of PM machines and production line support equipment, as well as provide complete reports. Direct manager: Technical and engineering manager. The duration of the trial contract: 3 months.
Working hours: from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, if the unit needs to attend overtime.
