• توضیح نحوه عملکرد تجهیزات مدار بسته به مشتریان و تهیه ارائه‌های فنی.
• ارزیابی نیازهای فنی مشتری و تهیه پیشنهاد فنی  و معرفی محصول.
• فراهم و آماده‌سازی آموزش‌ها و تهیه موارد مورد نیاز جهت پشتیبانی تیم فروش.
• کمک به مشتریان برای حل مشکلات پروژه‌های نظارت تصویری و انتخاب محصول مناسب.

• سطح بالاتر از حد متوسط در زبان انگلیسی.
