شرح شغل:

• امور مربوط به بازرسی: بررسی معاملات و کلیه اطلاعات مالی ماهانه کارگزاری‌ها و بررسی صورت‌های مالی حسابرسی شده.
• امور مربوط به اعضا: عضویت و به روز‌رسانی اطلاعات کارگزاری‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با ساختار کلی بازار سرمایه.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات حاکم بر بازار سرمایه و کاربرد آن.
• آشنایی با قانون تجارت و کاربرد آن.
• آشنایی با شرکت های کارگزاری از منظر جایگاه و نحوه ی فعالیت آن‌ها.
• مسلط به استانداردهای حسابداری و صورت‌های مالی اساسی.
• مسلط به قوانین بیمه و مالیات.

Job description:
Matters related to inspection: review of transactions and all monthly financial information of brokerages and review of audited financial statements. Matters related to members: membership and updating information of brokerages.
Requirements for certification:
Familiarity with the general structure of the capital market. Familiarity with the rules and regulations governing the capital market and its application. Familiarity with the commercial law and its application. Proficient in accounting standards and basic financial statements. Proficient in insurance and tax laws.
