• آشنایی با طراحی سازه‌ها.
• مسلط به آیین‌نامه‌های طراحی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای طراحی SAP2000 ،SAFE ،ETABS ،AUTOCAD.
• مسلط به نقشه‌کشی و تهیه نقشه‌های ازبیلت سازه‌ها.
• توانایی انجام مذاکرات اولیه با کارفرمایان، تهیه پیشنهاد فنی و مالی و تهیه مدارک جهت شرکت در مناقصه.
• توانایی هماهنگی با مدیر پروژه برای تعیین منابع مورد نیاز پروژه و همکاری با افراد تعیین شده برای پیشبرد پروژه تا پایان کار.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط با کارفرما، سازندگان و پیمانکاران جزء با اطلاع و هماهنگی مدیر پروژه.
• توان ایجاد ارتباط با افراد تحت سرپرستی و مدیران مافوق و کارفرمایان.

-Maps and Maps of Structures
