شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به ضوابط شهرداری و اخذ جواز.
• مسلط به آتش‌نشانی و اخذ تاییدیه.
• مسلط به نقشه‌های تاسیساتی و اجرا.
• مسلط به نقشه‌های الکتریکال و اجرا.
• مسلط به اجرای اسکلت و گودبرداری‌های بزرگ و عمیق.
• مسلط به ضوابط اسانسور و متریال، برندها و اخذ تاییدیه.
• مسلط به اجرای سفت‌کاری و نازک کاری.
• مسلط به ضوابط HSE و ایمنی
• مهارت تعامل با همسایگان و نفرات شهرداری.
• مهارت مدیریت نیروها، پیمانکاران، مهندسین جز و غیره.
• مهارت هماهنگی و مدیریت طراحان پروژه‌ها از جمله معماری، تاسیسات، سازه و برق و دفتر فنی مجموعه.
• مهارت اولویت‌بندی و خرید مصالح مورد نیاز با توجه به شرایط بازار و کشور.
• حداقل پانزده سال سابقه کار در مناطق 1، 2 و 3 به صورت صفر تا صد.

1- Municipal regulations and obtaining permits
2- Fire fighting and obtaining approval
3- Installation and implementation plans
4- Electrical plans and implementation
5- Execution of skeleton and large and deep excavations
6- Criteria for elevators and materials, brands and approval
7- Implementation of stiffening and carpentry
8- Criteria HSE and safety
Having the skills of:
1- Interaction with neighbors and municipality personnel and...
2- Management of forces, contractors, engineers etc...
