مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

مدیر مالی در ماگنولیا فلیور مسئول مدیریت مالی شرکت و تضمین پایداری مالی بلندمدت آن است. هدف اصلی این نقش افزایش بازدهی مالی و بهینه‌سازی منبع درآمدی است.

شرح شغل:

• تدوین برنامه‌های مالی و پیش‌بینی‌های بودجه.
• ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای مالی به مدیریت ارشد.
• نظارت بر فرآیندهای حسابداری مالی.
• مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی و ارائه راهکارهای مدیریت.
• هماهنگی با حسابرسان داخلی و خارجی جهت ارزیابی و بهبود فرایندهای مالی.
• تحلیل عملکرد مالی و ارائه توصیه‌هایی برای بهبود.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مالی، حسابداری یا مدیریت.
• حداقل ده سال تجربه کاری در سطح سرپرستی و مدیریت مرتبط در حوزه مالی و حسابداری.
• مهارت در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری.
• توانایی تحلیل و حل مسائل مالی پیچیده.

• رهبری و مدیریت تیم: توانایی هدایت و انگیزش تیم‌های مالی و حسابداری برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی.
• تفکر استراتژیک: توانایی نگاه جامع به اهداف مالی و هماهنگ کردن آن‌ها با استراتژی کلی سازمان.
• حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری: مهارت در شناسایی چالش‌های پیچیده مالی و ارائه راه‌حل‌های عملی و مؤثر.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی: توانایی ارائه داده‌های مالی پیچیده به زبان ساده برای مدیران ارشد، هیئت مدیره و ذینفعان سازمان.
• انطباق‌پذیری و انعطاف‌پذیری: قابلیت سازگاری با تغییرات سریع در محیط کاری، بازار، و فناوری‌های نوظهور.

شایان ذکر است که حداقل دو روز در هفته جهت نظارت، کنترل و هدایت تیم مالی حضور در کارخانه (شهر ساوه) الزامی است و محل کار مدیر محترم در کارخانه است و سایر روزها در دفتر مرکزی شرکت (تهران) است. 

The financial manager at Magnolia Flavors is responsible for managing the company’s finances and ensuring its long-term financial sustainability. The primary objective of this role is to increase financial efficiency and optimize revenue streams.

Job Description:

• Develop financial plans and budget forecasts.
• Provide periodic financial reports to senior management.
• Oversee financial accounting processes.
• Manage financial risks and provide management solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to assess and improve financial processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• At least a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
• At least ten years of related supervisory and managerial experience in finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in using financial and accounting software.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex financial problems.

• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate finance and accounting teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to take a holistic view of financial goals and align them with the organization’s overall strategy.

It is worth noting that at least two days a week in the factory (Saveh) is required to supervise, control, and lead the finance team, and the esteemed manager's workplace is in the factory and the rest of the days are at the company's headquarters (Tehran).
