مدیر محصول (محصولات الکترونیکی و مخابراتی) | Product Manager (Electronics and Telecommunications Products)

شرح شغل:

• شناسایی نقاط قابل بهبود محصولات الکترونیکی و مخابراتی و ارائه راهکار.
• بررسی و تحلیل قوانین و ترندهای بازار و فعالیت‌های رقبا.
• بررسی شرایط بازار، ارزیابی نیازها و ارائه پیشنهادهای جدید بر اساس آن و تهیه مدل کسب‌وکار.
• تهیه نقشه راه محصول و راهبری محصول بر اساس آن و انتقال آن به تیم‌های مرتبط.
• تهیه و پیگیری پیاده‌سازی Business Requirement.
• تهیه گزارش منظم از پیشرفت محصول در حال توسعه در مقایسه با اهداف تعیین شده برای محصول.
• برنامه‌ریزی و پیگیری پروژه‌های مرتبط با محصولات الکترونیکی و مخابراتی بر اساس نقشه راه تبیین شده.

• محیط کاری آرام و حرفه‌ای، امنیت شغلی پایدار، نظام پرداخت، پاداش و مزایای عملکردی مناسب، بیمه تامین اجتماعی، عمر و تکمیل درمانی.
• محل کار: تهران ـ گاندی جنوبی.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 7:30 صبح تا 4:30 عصر؛ با شناوری یک ساعت و نیم صبح.

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه کافی در طراحی، تولید و فرایندهای جانبی تولید محصولات الکترونیکی و مخابراتی.
• تجربه توسعه محصولات الکترونیکی و مخابراتی.
• تجربه تحلیل سرویس‌ها و محصولات الکترونیکی و مخابراتی به صورت مستمر و شناسایی نقاط قابل بهبود.
• تجربه کاربردی مناسب در زمینه چاپ، بسته‌بندی و کارتن و متعلقات محصول.
• آشنایی با طراحی قالب و صنعت تزریق پلاستیک.
• آشنایی کامل با مدیریت پروژه چابک (Scrum و Kanban).
• تسلط کامل به نرم‌اافزارهای ایجاد و ارائه گزارش.
• جستجوگر و خلاق.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر، با انگیزه، دارای روحیه تیمی، منظم و دقیق.
• فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاه‌های معتبر و افراد با سابقه در مدیریت محصولات الکترونیکی و مخابراتی و تولید تجهیزات IT و مخابرات اعم از مودم، لپ تاپ، موبایل و غیره در اولویت استخدام قرار دارند.

Skills and Abilities:

· Sufficient experience in design, production and ancillary processes of electronic and telecommunication products

· Experience in developing electronic and telecommunication products

· Analysis of services and electronic and telecommunication products on a continuous basis and identifying points that can be improved Plastic

· preparation of product roadmap and product management its basis and transfer it to related teams

· preparation and follow-up of Business Requirement implementation

· preparation of regular reports of the progress of the product under development compared to the goals set for the product

· Planning and follow-up of projects related to electronic and telecommunication products based on the defined roadmap

· Complete familiarity with agile project management (Scrum, Kanban)

· Complete mastery of Software for creating and presenting reports

· Identification of points It is possible to improve electronic and telecommunication products and provide a solution

· Review and analyze market rules and trends and competitors' activities

· Review market conditions, evaluate needs and present new proposals based on it and prepare a model Business Business plan
