Full-Time - Remote: Social Media Specialist
As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our brand's digital presence, particularly within the toy market. Your expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement will help foster a strong connection with our target audience. You’ll collaborate with a global team, so proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Understand the pain points and interests of our target audience, particularly parents of young children, to create compelling, relatable content.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories that align with our brand and business goals.
- Manage and grow social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly and fostering relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that social media campaigns are integrated into broader marketing efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to keep our brand's online presence relevant and innovative.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. (C1 level)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on the toy market or family/children-oriented brands.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Familiarity with the toy market is highly preferred.
- Ideally, a parent of a 3-8 year old child, which would enhance your understanding of the audience's needs and preferences.
- Experience in creating engaging, high-quality content (both visual and written) for social platforms.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
