شرح شغل:

• انجام و پیگیری امور مربوط به وضعیت بار و تکمیل فرایند عملیات خارجی از جمله:

1. Booking and Tracing؛
2. Daily Report؛
3. Manifest؛
4. Order Confirmation؛
5. Making CN؛

• انجام مکاتبات تجاری به زبان انگلیسی.
• هماهنگی و پیگیری امور لجستیک و حمل بین‌المللی کالا.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی و اصول مکاتبات لاتین.
• آشنایی با مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اوت‌لوک.
• فن بیان قوی و مهارت برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.
• منظم، مسئولیت‌پذیر، صبور و با آستانه تحمل بالا.
• دقت به جزئیات عالی، فعال و پرانرژی با توانایی انجام چند فعالیت به صورت همزمان منطبق بر اولویت‌بندی.
• مهارت پیگیری تا اخذ نتیجه، عملگرا و نتیجه گرا.
• آشنایی با واردات، امور لجستیک و حمل بین‌المللی کالا.
• آشنایی با بارنامه‌های هوایی، رویه‌ها و قوانین بازرگانی.
• روحیه انجام کار تیمی و مشارکت در انجام فعالیت‌های گروهی.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت، مترجمی/ادبیات زبان انگلیسی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.

•Conducting business correspondence in English
•Coordinating and following up on logistics and transportation matters international Product

Qualification conditions:
•Complete command of English language and the principles of Latin correspondence
•Familiar with Microsoft Office software and proficient in Out Look
•Possibility of strong expression and communication skills Effective
• Organized, responsible, patient with a high tolerance threshold
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive and energetic with the ability to perform several activities at the same time in accordance with prioritization
• Ability to follow through until obtaining results, pragmatic and the result Oriented • Familiar with import, logistics and international transportation of goods
• Familiar with air waybills, procedures and commercial laws
• Team work spirit and participation in group activities
• At least 3 years of related experience
•Minimum bachelor's degree (preferably in management, English or other related fields)
