شرح شغل:
مدیریت اسناد و مدارک حمل ، کنترل و بررسی BL FORM و بارنامه های دریایی
بررسی اسناد تجاری ( اینویس و پکینگ لیست ، پروفرما اینویس ، بیمه نامه و..)
مذاکره و پیگیری با خطوط کشتیرانی و فورواردر ها
پیگیری وضعیت کانتینر (محمولات) و کشتی در طول مسیر
آپدیت هفتگی از تمامی محمولات دریایی در جریان به واحد بازرگانی
ثبت مشخصات و اطلاعات محمولات در جدول اکسل جهت ارائه گزارشات
ثبت اطلاعات محمولات در نرم افزار هاجر
ارسال اعلامیه ورود به واحد بازرگانی به محض تخلیه کشتی
دریافت صورتحساب حمل از کشتیرانی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ارسال به واحد بازرگانی جهت پرداخت
کنترل صورتحساب های کرایه حمل و ارسال اصل فیزیکی آن به واحد های بازرگانی
دریافت نرخ ارزی (دلار /یورو) برای پرداخت کرایه حمل از فورواردرها برای محمولاتی که با لاین خارجی حمل میگردد.
پیگیری دریافت اصل صورتحسابهای کرایه حمل از کشتیرانی و فورواردرها

جنسیت: فرقی ندارد
حداقل مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی
بازه سنی: 24 الی 38
تجربه کاری: حداقل 1 سال

Job description:
Management of shipping documents, control and review of BL FORM and sea waybills
Checking commercial documents (invoice and packing list, proforma invoice, insurance policy, etc.)
Negotiation and follow-up with shipping lines and forwarders
Tracking the status of the container (cargo) and the ship along the way
Weekly update of all sea cargo in the flow to the commercial unit
Record the specifications and information of shipments in an Excel table to provide reports
Register cargo information in Hajar software
Sending the notice of arrival to the commercial unit as soon as the ship is unloaded
Receiving the shipping invoice from Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping and sending it to the commercial unit for payment
Controlling freight bills and sending the physical original to commercial units
Receiving the exchange rate (dollars/euros) to pay the freight from the forwarders for the cargoes that are transported by foreign lines.
Follow up on receipt of original freight invoices from shipping companies and forwarders

Qualifying conditions:

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
Age range: 24 to 38
Work experience: at least 1 year
